奧比·薩克斯

艾伯特·“奧比”·路易·薩克斯（，），是南非憲法法院前任大法官、已故南非總統納爾遜·曼德拉的戰友。

生平
萨克斯在苏塞克斯大学攻读博士学位，1972年在杰拉尔德-德雷珀上校的指导下获得博士学位。

薩克斯因為年輕時參與廢除種族隔離運動而被白人政府特務佈置在車底下的炸彈炸傷，失去一條手臂、一眼視力。薩克思草擬了南非憲法的人權憲章，並出任大法官，南非憲法法院因此被認為當代轉型正義的典範，2014年獲得首屆唐獎法治獎。以其故事為主題的紀錄片《溫柔的復仇》獲得2014年皮博迪獎。
