波将金村庄（波坦金村，），又譯波特-{}-金村莊，這個詞原指用来骗人的村庄；在现代政治和经济中，“波将金村庄”指专门用来给人虚假印象的建设和举措，其概念与面子工程近似。
1787年，据传在叶卡捷琳娜二世出巡因為俄土戰爭獲勝而得到的克里米亚的途中，格里戈里·波将金在第聂伯河两岸布置了可移动的村庄来欺骗女皇及随行的大使们。
考據
隨叶卡捷琳娜二世出巡的利涅親王夏爾-約瑟夫有異說，指出波坦金的建設大部分貨真價實而並非虛假，頂多是為了取悅女皇才做少量形象加強，粉刷規模不大，他指出人們創造「波坦金村莊」一詞以毀謗波坦金。
