视频对话（）-{zh-cn:简称视聊，;zh-tw:，;zh-hk:，;}-又称電視通話、電視電話通話，是一种为两地或多地的用户之间提供语音和画面双向实时传送的视听会话技术。大型視訊對話系统在现代的军事、政府、商贸、医疗等部门和行业领域有广泛的应用。

視訊對話分類
硬體視訊通話
硬件視訊通話需要专门的摄影设备，编码解码仪器，专线和专门会议室来连接几个固定部门，投资至少几百万元乃至上千万元人民币；后期设施的更新维护费用高昂，且需要专人进行维护，占用了企业大量的资金和人力资源。这对中小型企业而言是一个难以跨越的门槛。另外，基于硬件的視訊通話只能在固定的几个会议室地点进行，灵活性和拓展性差，面对突发状况往往束手无策。

軟體視訊通話系統
軟體視訊通話系统相比硬件視訊通話系统费用较低，同时在一定程度上克服了硬件視訊通話系统灵活性和拓展性差的问题。但软件視訊通話本身同样存在一些无法忽视的问题：多数的視訊通話软件是C/S架构，即桌面客户端软件+服务器端软件。正常运行前，需要先配置网络和服务器，下载并安装客户端。在此过程中若出现异常情况，重装软件也是比较麻烦的事情；另外一种软件是B/S架构，解决了桌面客户端存在的一些问题，用户可直接在网页浏览器上进行视频通話。但由于采用普通流媒体传输技术，这些产品必须利用浏览器下载ActiveX的控件，而由于恶意网站通常会利用ActiveX控件自动安装病毒或后门，所以使用此控件的页面大多会被浏览器拦截，从而导致这类視訊通話可能在产品的兼容性和适用性方面存在问题。
這类程式包含：Yahoo Messenger、AOL Instant Messenger（AIM）、Windows Live Messenger、Skype、iChat、Paltalk（目前改名為PaltalkScene）、Ekiga、Stickam、Tokbox、Camfrog和meetcam等。
