阿什伯恩（，）是愛爾蘭共和國的一座城市，在行政區劃上屬米斯郡。阿什伯恩位於都柏林市中心以北20公里處。阿什伯恩本來只是一座小村莊，1970年時只有人口約400人。不過在2013年時，阿什伯恩的人口已經增長至約有1.4萬人，成為米斯郡內第二大城市。
