腦震盪

腦震盪（concussion）或轻度创伤性脑损伤（mild traumatic brain injury，mTBI），是头部遭受外力撞击或打击使脑部受震，即刻发生的短暂脑功能障碍，属于脑组织损伤最轻的一种。中枢神经系统暂时功能紊乱，无明显解剖病理改变。

脑震荡的特点为一时性意识丧失、短暂的失憶，清醒后短时间内反应迟钝，有逆行性遗忘，常伴有头疼、头晕、复视、恶心、呕吐等症状，但无任何解剖学上神经系统缺损。
