笹月健彥（，），日本醫學家，專長遺傳學、免疫學。曾任東京醫科牙科大學教授、九州大學教授，現任名譽總長。紫綬褒章表彰。
生平
1940年，笹月健彥誕生於日本九州，九州大學醫學部畢業（1965年）。醫學博士（東京醫科牙科大學；1970年）。
