喪鐘 (電視劇)

《喪鐘》（）為英國廣播公司（BBC）為第一次世界大戰製作的紀念劇集，由英國和波蘭合作拍攝，全劇在波蘭境內拍攝；故事描述一群年輕人面臨戰爭，他們被迫踏上戰場，面臨生與死的考驗；西線戰場，加里波利之戰（土耳其加里波利半島，1915年2月19日～1916年1月9日），索姆河戰役（法國 北部 皮卡第地區 索姆河，1916年7月1日～11月18日 ）等在劇中都完整呈現。

1918年11月11日，湯瑪斯艾德華與麥可朗都被派出修補鐵絲網，意外遭遇後兩人扭打一起，湯瑪斯艾德華死於槍擊，麥可朗死於刺刀。

:波蘭立陶宛聯邦（第一共和國）在歷經1772年（清乾隆37年）、1793年（清乾隆58年）和1795年（清乾隆60年）俄羅斯、普魯士以及奧地利對波蘭的三次瓜分，波蘭於1795年亡國，直到俄國發生十月革命（1917年11月7日；儒略曆10月25日）後，波蘭於1918年11月取得獨立，成立波蘭第二共和國；第一次世界大戰時波蘭人分屬協約國和同盟國兩個不同陣營，劇中戰地護士 喬安娜（Joanna）才會說「波蘭人在與所有國家作戰」。
