鄧弗姆林修道院（Dunfermline Abbey） 是蘇格蘭長老會的一個教區教堂，位於蘇格蘭的鄧弗姆林。這座修道院的聖壇和翼廊在中世紀時屬於一座大型本篤會修道院，但後者在1560年蘇格蘭改革時被洗劫，後來漸漸廢棄，和保存完好的一部分建築被鄧弗姆林修道院沿用。
舊的本篤會修道院由大衛一世建立於1128年，原先供奉的是圣三一和聖瑪格麗特。不過僧侶們的住地的歷史實際上還可以追溯到馬爾科姆三世統治時期。第一任院長是原坎特伯雷座堂的Prior傑弗里。在修道院權力達到頂峰時，鄧福姆林修道院掌控著從莫里到貝里克郡的大量土地。
