《22K夢想高飛》（原劇名：22K小確幸），2014年三立華人電視劇週五檔系列第六部作品。由宥勝、孟耿如、李國毅、郭書瑤、黃薇渟、程予希領銜主演。2014年10月14日開拍，2015年3月7日全劇殺青。三立都會台於2014年10月24日晚上10點首播，東森綜合台於2014年10月25日晚上8點播出，2015年3月13日播出最終回，全劇共20集，接檔《喜歡·一個人》。

劇情大綱
4個大學剛畢業的女生，面臨22K的艱難就業環境，沒有拿的出手的專業技能、也沒有社會經驗的這群年輕人，將會面臨什麼樣的挑戰？他們能衝破22K的職場困境，實現夢想並為自己打造一個美好的未來嗎？
