麥敬時（，），香港執業大律師和香港政府前政務官，1996年至1999年出任香港個人資料私隱專員公署首任副個人資料私隱專員。
生平
麥敬時是英國人，1958年6月20日出生，
1984年11月，麥敬時獲聘加入香港政府任職政務主任，其後於1991年4月晉升為高級政務官，早年曾先後任職於地政總署和布政司署經濟科。1994年4月，他的職級獲進一步晉升為首長級丙級政務官，並在布政司署政務科擔任首席助理政務司。1996年8月，末任香港總督彭定康設立香港個人資料私隱專員公署作為負責保障香港個人資料私隱的獨立法定機構，結果麥敬時脫離政府，獲聘任為首任副個人資料私隱專員，負責協助首任個人資料私隱專員劉嘉敏推廣和落實在1996年12月20日生效的《個人資料（私隱）條例》，是公署歷來唯一一位擔任副專員的外籍人士。
