谢斯叛亂（英文：Shays' Rebellion）或译為謝司起义，是美国马萨诸塞州中西部地區在1786年—1787年发生的一场起义。因為起义是由前美国独立战争军官丹尼尔·谢斯领导，因此這場起義稱為谢司起義。起义的原因是马萨诸塞州政府对农民的漠视，以及乱收选举人头税等。1786年8月29日，起义军攻击了几座法院，防止法院审判并监禁债务人。9月，600名起义军攻占斯普林菲尔德法院，遭州长詹姆斯·鲍登派遣4400名民兵镇压。1787年1月25日，2000名起义军攻占军火库，被谢巴德将军领导的1,200名政府军镇压，起义军领袖被俘虏并判处死刑，但不久就被赦免。此次叛乱使当时美国政界恐慌，不久召开了立宪会议。
