南姆本杜語（Umbundu）是安哥拉的兩種被叫做“姆本杜”的班圖語言之一，另一種是姆本杜語。是該國最廣泛使用的口頭語言。南姆本杜語的使用者主要為南姆本杜族，而該國三分之一的人口皆屬於南姆本杜族，他們主要生活在安哥拉中部高原及沿海地區，例如本格拉和洛比托。因為首都羅安達在21世紀初的迅速發展，許多南姆本杜語使用者搬到了這裡，在羅安達省也形成了大型南姆本杜語社區。
