2014年國際足協世界盃分組賽B組於2014年6月13日至23日期間舉行。本組別包括西班牙、荷蘭、智利及澳洲。該組被視爲本屆的死亡之組。
本組別的小組首名將於十六強面對A組次名；而本組的小組次名將面對A組首名。
小組第二輪完結後，衛冕冠軍西班牙兩戰兩敗提前出局，成爲世界盃史上第五支於分組賽出局的衛冕冠軍，上屆在南非世界盃敗給西班牙的荷蘭跟智利皆在本屆復仇成功，本屆西班牙隊也是世界盃設有分組賽之後最快被淘汰出局的衛冕冠軍。
