纽约最高法院上诉部门

纽约最高法院上诉部门（New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division）是纽约州法院系统中之中級上诉法院。
该法院有四个分部，分别位于曼哈顿（第一部门）、布鲁克林（第二部门）、奥尔巴尼（第三部门）、罗切斯特（第四部门）。管辖范围如右图所示。对上诉部门的裁决不服的，可以继续上诉到终审法院纽约上诉法院。
