揚·埃格蘭

揚·埃格蘭（，）是一名挪威外交官、政治學家、人道主義領袖和前工黨政治人物，自2013年起擔任秘書長。1990年至1997年，他在挪威外交部擔任國務秘書，2003年至2006年擔任聯合國人道事務與緊急援助副秘書長和緊急救濟協調員。

在其職業生涯中，埃格蘭也曾擔任人權觀察副主席、歐洲人權觀察主席、主席、秘書長及國際特赦組織挪威分會主席。他還在斯塔萬格大學擔任二級教授一職。
