拉丁禮耶路撒冷宗主教（），是天主教拉丁禮教會的宗主教。與東儀天主教會的宗主教不同，拉丁礼教会的宗主教直接由罗马教宗任命，而不會先由總主教和主教選舉產生，再由教宗任命。現在的耶路撒冷宗主教是領銜性質，並沒有宗主教之實權。
451年升為宗主教區，1099年設拉丁禮宗主教區。1295年降為領銜教區。1847年7月23日恢復宗主教區。宗主教教座設在耶路撒冷的聖墓教堂及共同主教座堂耶穌聖名副主教座堂。宗主教管理的教區是拉丁禮耶路撒冷宗主教區。
