非洲國家奧林匹克委員會聯合會（首字母縮略字：ANOCA；，ACNOA）成立於1981年6月28日，是國際奧委會授權，管理非洲地區奧委會事務的體育組織，總部位於尼日利亞阿布加，由非洲54個成員國家的奧委會組成。
