上戶蛛科（Dipluridae），是上戶蛛總科（Dipluroidea） 下唯一的一科。
描述
長尾蛛科的頭部低於胸部，其中吐絲器短於後吐絲器，是中小型的蜘蛛，最小的Microhexura montivaga只有3毫米長，其他種一般長度為5毫米。 其下的穴居種Masteria caeca沒有眼睛。
其下的生物會在河岸的裂縫、樹皮及落葉層中築造巢穴。
