西比拉·阿勒拉莫(，）是19世纪后期的一位意大利作家、女权主义者、和平主义者。，最出名的作品是她的自传。
生平
阿勒拉莫出生于皮埃蒙特大区的亚历山德里亚。11岁时她随家人迁居米兰马尔凯大区，她的父亲被任命为玻璃工厂经理。因为父亲的关系，她结识了当地的一个大她十岁男人，这个人在办公室里强奸了她，当时她只有15岁。她没有告诉父母这件事，反而说服父母嫁给了强奸她的人。1年半之后，在她17岁时生下了唯一的孩子Walter。
写了第一本书后她离开了丈夫和儿子，搬到罗马居住。此后她与年轻的艺术家Felice Damiani有过短暂的恋情。而后与女作家和记者Giovanni Cena同居。Cena说服她将自己的故事写成一个虚构的回忆录（并采用西比拉·阿勒拉莫的笔名）。1906年，她的书出版。她也成为活跃在罗马的政治艺术人士。并曾经到罗马周边的贫困农村从事志愿工作。她后来成为意大利著名的女权主义者。
