美国各州法院系统(State court (United States))，是美国各州根据本州的宪法和法律设立的法院系统，与美国联邦法院平行并相互独立，根据本州法律审理案件，一般分为三级：初审法院、地区法院（中级上诉法院）、州最高法院（州法律的终审法院）。只有涉及联邦法律的实质法律问题，才能继续上诉到美国最高法院。
