温斯洛·霍默（，）是一位美国风景画画家和版画家，他被认为是19世纪美国最重要的画家之一，是美国艺术界的卓越人物。
霍默主要是自学成才，他作为一个广告插畫家开始了职业生涯。随后，他开始画油画。他还曾长期画水彩画。
