美國非洲司令部（，简称：、）是美軍的聯合作戰司令部之一，總部設於德國司徒加特的，負責美軍在非洲54個國家（不含屬於美國中央司令部責任區的埃及）領土的作戰。目前歐洲、非洲兩司令部下的海軍部隊在體制上以第六艦隊的第60特遣隊（）作為指揮單位。除此之外，美軍在非洲亦設有。在指揮鏈上，非洲司令部司令官向美國國防部長匯報，部長再向上對美國總統匯報。2011年3月19日巴黎时间17时45分左右，法国战机在利比亚对利政府军的一辆军车开火，实施了首次空中打击。此次代号为“奥德赛黎明”的军事行动，由美军非洲司令部统一指挥。
