密接空中支援（英文：Close Air Support，簡稱CAS）是一種由定翼機或旋翼機所進行的空中行動，屬於密接支援的一種，對抗接近友方地面或海面部隊的敵對目標。行動需要仔細整合各個部隊的火力及移動。雖稱「密接」，但進行支援的空中部隊可能與地面部隊保持一段長距離。

密接空中支援需要與地面部隊有精確的協調，而在先進的現代化軍隊中則有特別人員負責，如聯合炮火觀測員（Joint Fires Observers）、前進空中管制員（Forward Air Controllers）——已於2003年改稱聯合終端攻擊管制員（Joint Terminal Attack Controllers）。
