拉尔（，复数为，古拉丁文复数作）古罗马守护神祇之一。其起源至今众说纷纭，可能是看管灶台或田野，保护领地或丰收，或掌管以上所有这些的守护神。
古罗马人们相信拉尔可以保护和影响其领地内所发生的一切。在家庭聚餐时，拉尔常常被置于餐桌上。发生所有家庭重大事件时，都必须对他供请和祝福。因为其特性，拉尔多次出现于古罗马的艺术作品之中，影响深远。
