欧洲与地中海地震警报系统又称欧洲地质灾害预警系统，是基于欧洲与地中海灾害防控备忘录为欧盟国家服务的地震预警系统。
地震警报由歐洲與地中海地震中心 (EMSC) 提供， 是一个国际性、非政府和非营利协会，总部设在位于法国埃松省布吕耶尔勒沙泰勒 (Bruyères-le-Châtel)的法国原子能委员会 ( Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique – CEA) 的检测与地球物理实验室 (LDG)。 1993年之前，EMSC 的总部设在斯特拉斯堡。
