結合型雌激素（，旧误译共轭雌激素），也称妊马雌酮，商品名稱為普立馬（，取自的縮寫），是一種常用雌激素藥物，惠氏製藥公司生產，是一種從懷孕母馬的尿液取得的藥物。它含有雌酮（Estrone）、马烯雌酮等雌激素的硫酸根结合形式。
历史
1930年代，加拿大多伦多大学的研究员提取了妊马雌酮，1941年惠氏製藥公司推出该药品，命名为普立马，用于治疗绝经期综合症和骨质疏松。
健康风险
Women's Health Initiative 在2002年宣布了1600人参与的随机对照试验结果，发现长期使用雌激素替代疗法（如服用普立马）会显著提高中风、心脏病、血栓和乳腺癌的发病率。
