20世纪世界最佳足球阵容，是1998年6月10日法国世界杯赛揭幕战上公布的11人球员名单，以此向20世纪全球最优秀的11名足球巨星致敬。该名单包括1名守门员、4名后卫、3名中场和3名前锋。该评选活动的赞助商为万事达公司。
11名球星的名单是由全球250名体育记者评选产生的，全部来自欧洲和南美洲这两个具备深厚足球传统的地区。
