谢尔盖·弗拉基米罗维奇·伊留申（，），一译作伊柳辛，蘇聯著名飛機設計師，伊留申设计局的创始人，上将工程师。他的著名作品是1939年设计的伊尔-2（Ил-2）攻击机，在苏德战争中发挥重要作用。战后该设计局主要设计大型客机和轰炸机。

他生于沃洛格达州季利亚列沃村。1918年加入俄共（布），同年参加红军。先当航空机械师，后来当军事委员。1926年毕业于茹可夫斯基空军工程学院。1931年组织和领导飞机设计局，从事歼击机、轰炸机和客机的设计工作。先后领导设计的主要机型有轰炸机伊尔—4型和伊尔—28型；歼击机伊尔—2型、伊尔—10型和伊尔—40型;客机伊尔—12型、伊尔—14型、伊尔—18型、伊尔—62型等。曾七次获得列宁勋章，多次当选为最高苏维埃代表，并于1968年被选为苏联科学院院士。

苏联著名试飞员弗拉基米尔·谢尔盖耶维奇·伊留申是他的儿子。
