厄菲阿尔特

厄菲阿尔特或艾斐烈特（，），（）。古希腊雅典政治家之一。他的努力为雅典民主制做出了杰出贡献，如公元前462年极大地限制了亚略巴古的权力。他与斯巴达相对立。曾抵制雅典参加协助斯巴达的战争未遂，但后又为斯巴达所平息。导致他因为政策失误致使威信大受影响而死于非命。但他的政治目标却在公元前5世纪后期在雅典得到确立。
