劉孔中

劉孔中，中華民國法學家，專長領域為智慧財產權。現任新加坡管理大學李光前法學教授、中國人民大學法學院教師。曾任中华民国中央研究院法律學研究所研究員以及國家通訊傳播委員會委員。台灣大學法律學士、硕士，后赴德国慕尼黑大學攻读法學博士。曾擔任中國國民黨黨代表及國家政策研究基金會分組召集人。

爭議
2007年，擔任國家通訊傳播委員會委員時，因找其姊夫擔任駕駛，違反《公職人員利益衝突迴避法》等法，遭行政院停職並移送監察院，2009年3月17日，監院廉政委員會認定劉孔中確實違反《利益衝突迴避法》，決議裁罰一百萬元。劉得知後表示，監察院並非裁罰機關，應是移交公懲會決定。劉孔中表示「他詢問主任秘書吳嘉輝並轉承辦科長，明確告知沒有任何限制」。其時劉孔中仍受聘於台灣中研院擔任兼任研究人員，任教於中國人民大學，且未依流程申請，中研院表示「對於違反上述規定（《台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例》）禁止事項的人員，中央研究院礙難將其聘任為兼任研究人員。」劉孔中則認為係《台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例》解釋問題。
