蓬塔雷納斯

蓬塔雷納斯（）是哥斯達黎加的城市，也是蓬塔雷納斯省的首府，位於該國西部，始建於1858年9月17日，面積34平方公里，海拔高度5米，每年平均降雨量1,600毫米，2012年人口34,085。
