幽靈蛸目（學名：），又名吸血烏賊目、吸血章魚目，是八腕總目的一個目，牠們從恐龍時代開始就一直生活在地球上，至今還未滅絕，目前此目只剩下一科即吸血烏賊（Vampyroteuthis infernalis）還有現生物種，其餘均在不同時間滅絕。牠們的身體類似章魚，但牠們的八個腕由皮膚網聯合在一起，牠們還有兩根較小的尖刺型纖毛。這兩根纖毛估計由原來剩下的兩條腕退化而成。
