阿尔西达马斯（），约活动于公元前4世纪早期。阿埃奥利斯的埃拉埃亚的智者，修辞学家。他主要在雅典教授修辞学。作为高尔吉亚的门生和追随者，他反对伊索克拉底的学说。他强调即兴创作的重要性。现存的演说辞有《论智者》以及关于演说术教科书的残篇。
