2012–13年歐洲冠軍聯賽淘汰賽階段由2013年2月12日開始，至同年5月25日於英格蘭倫敦溫布萊球場;}-進行決賽結束。
賽程
所有淘汰賽抽籤於歐洲足球協會聯盟;}-總部瑞士尼翁進行。
比賽形式
除總決賽外，淘汰賽各階段均會進行兩輪賽事，兩支隊伍均會有一次主場作賽機會。於兩輪賽事總比數勝出之隊伍將晉級下一回合，若兩輪賽事之總比分打平，將計算作客入球，作客入球較多之一隊獲得晉級。假若在計算作客入球後賽果亦為平手，將會進行三十分鐘加時賽，而加時賽將同樣計算作客入球。若加時賽後亦未分出勝負，將會進行互射十二碼決勝。於總決賽，將會舉行一回合於中立場之決賽。若於九十分鐘後賽果打平，將會舉行加時賽。若加時賽後亦為打平，會進行互射十二碼決出勝負。
在十六強抽籤時，將會抽出來自分組賽小組之首名與分組賽小組之次名隊伍作賽。但十六強階段之對賽隊伍是不會來自相同國家或於分組賽曾經同組的隊伍。另外分組賽小組之首名於十六強首回合比賽是先作客比賽。
