佩德罗·努内斯（，），文艺复兴时期葡萄牙学者。他是科英布拉大学的数学教授，1529年被任命为皇家宇宙志专家。著有《航海技艺和方法》（1546年）一书，其中包括了舰船如何使用科学仪器的知识。
