法拉桑群島

法拉桑群島或費拉桑群島（，）是沙特阿拉伯的珊瑚群島，位於該國西南部紅海海域，距離吉贊約40公里，由吉贊省管轄，氣候乾旱，總土地面積696平方公里，人口約10,000有餘。
