小眉眼蝶

小眉眼蝶（學名：Mycalesis mineus，英文俗名：，別名：圓翅單環蝶、圓翅單眼蛇目蝶、日月蝶）是蛺蝶科眉眼蝶屬的一種蝴蝶。分佈於東洋界。模式產地為中國廣東。一年多代，成蟲在中國南方全年可見，常停在地面或植物上作短距離低飛，喜歡吸食樹液和糞便。幼蟲以多種禾本科植物為寄主。

翅膀背面呈褐色，前翅中央有一眼斑。翅膀腹面中央有一灰黃色斑帶，前翅外緣有兩個眼斑，後翅外緣則有七個，眼斑數目常有變異。雄蝶後翅背面前緣有土黃色絨毛。雌蝶外型較大。

形態
中小型眼蝶。軀體背側呈暗褐色，腹側呈淺褐色。前翅近直角三角形，前緣呈弧形，外緣前方明顯内收使翅頂作截狀。後翅接近扇形，外緣略呈波狀。翅背面底色呈暗褐色，沿外緣有模糊淺色重線紋，前翅中央常有一暗色直線。前翅CUA1室中央為中心有一明顯大眼紋，M1室有時有一細小眼紋後翅通常無紋。翅腹面底色亦為褐色。翅腹面中央線紋黃白色。沿外缘有重線紋。前翅M1室及CuA1室中央為中心各有一眼紋，後者較大型，其他各室亦時有小眼紋。後翅外側有排成圓弧狀之眼紋列。翅基附近常有暗色線紋。前翅中室前側脈及後側脈基半部膨大，1A+2A脈基部亦膨大。旱季時的低溫期個體翅腹面中央白線消退而成一模糊暗色線，翅腹面眼紋減退有時幾近消失。：

• *M. m. polydecta (Cramer, [1777]) - 分佈於斯里蘭卡及印度南部
• *M. m. macromalayana Fruhstorfer, 1911 - 分佈於馬來半島
• *M. m. subfasciata (Moore, 1882) - 分佈於雲南南部
• *M. m. nicobarica (Moore, [1890]) - 分佈於印度尼科巴群島
• *M. m. zonatus Matsumura, 1909 - 分佈於台灣
• *M. m. justinella Butler, 1868 - 分佈於菲律賓
• *M. m. nitobei 海南亞種 Sonan, 1931 - 分佈於海南
• *M. m. toshikoae Hayashi & Iwanaga, 1974 - 分佈於馬來西亞砂拉越
