帕拉馬島

帕拉馬島（Parama Island）是巴布亞新畿內亞西部省的島嶼，位於西部省南部弗萊河河口，距離省會達魯島以東17公里，面積36.8平方公里，長9.6公里、寬5.7公里，海岸線長度27.2公里，最高點海拔高度3米，1991年人口240。帕拉馬島是托雷斯海峽群島最北的島嶼。
