格蘭德島 (里約熱內盧州)

格蘭德島是巴西的島嶼，由里約熱內盧州負責管轄，長29公里、寬11.8公里，面積193平方公里，最高點海拔高度1,031米，海岸線長度130公里，島上人口約3,000。
