歐盟共同安全與國防政策 （英語：Common Security and Defence Policy，簡稱CSDP），前稱歐洲安全與國防政策（英語：European Security and Defence Policy ，簡稱ESDP），是歐盟共同外交與安全政策的其中一個重要部份，並且是歐盟國防與軍事的指引。而ESDP又是北約歐洲安全與防務個體的繼承者，但這條約仍然對非北約成員的歐盟成員有效。
事實上，共同安全與國防政策是屬於歐盟機構歐洲理事會的管轄範圍，而這個理事會是由國家領導級人物所組成的。
共同安全與國防政策的發展一直都跟隨著西歐聯盟、北約和歐盟這三大組織，而此政策在科索沃戰爭後得到了迅速發展。
