2012年委内瑞拉总统选举于2012年10月7日举行。主要候选人为左翼委内瑞拉统一社会主义党领导人乌戈·查韦斯、以及反對派右翼正义第一党的恩里克·卡普利莱斯·拉东斯基。
10月8日，委内瑞拉全国选举委员会公布选举结果，查韦斯以54.42%的得票率赢得选举，第四次当选委内瑞拉总统，惟查韦斯當選五個月後便去世。
