泡泡星雲，或稱為肥皂泡星雲（Soap bubble nebula），或編號 PN G75.5+1.7，是一個位於天鵝座的行星狀星雲，該星雲在天球上位置相當接近NGC 6888（眉月星雲）。該星雲由一位業餘天文學家戴夫·朱拉塞维彻（Dave Jurasevich）使用口徑16公分折射望遠鏡在2007年6月19日和2008年7月6日拍攝到。之後該星雲被基思·昆特罗彻（Keith B. Quattrocchi）和梅爾·赫爾姆（Mel Helm）各自獨立紀錄下來，並且向國際天文學聯合會報告於2008年7月17日拍攝到編號為 PN G75.5+1.7 的該星雲。
