基斯卡島（英语：Kiska）是美國的島嶼，位於太平洋海域，屬於拉特群島的一部分，由阿拉斯加州負責管轄，長35公里、寬10公里，面積277.7平方公里，最高點海拔高度1,220米，島上無人居住。
第二次世界大戰中日本軍隊曾經短時間占領基斯卡島並將該島命名為鳴神島，後來美軍在阿留申群島戰役中發動茅舍行動將基斯卡島奪回。
