馬文·漢立許（，）是一位美国作曲家和指挥家。他是演艺圈大满贯（简称 EGOT）得主，即获得过艾美奖（Emmy），格莱美奖（Grammy），奥斯卡奖（Oscar）和托尼奖（Tony）。此外，他也获得过一次普利策奖戏剧奖和两项金球奖。
早年
他生于纽约市曼哈顿，父母是出生于维也纳的犹太人，Lilly (née Schachter) 与 Max Hamlisch。他父亲是一名手风琴师和乐队领队。马文是一名神童，5岁时就开始模仿弹奏电台广播的乐曲。1951年，将近7岁的他就被朱利亞德學院预科班录取。他的第一份工作是担任钢琴师与Barbra Streisand合作排演音乐剧 Funny Girl。不久后，他被电影制作人山姆·史匹格雇佣演奏钢琴。于是，他开始为电影配乐，首部电影作品是1968年的 The Swimmer。

他是目前11位演艺圈大满贯得主之一。他与另一位美国犹太人作曲家Richard Rodgers是除了以上四个奖的得主外，又获得普利策奖的仅有两人。
他获得过10次金球奖提名，获得最佳电影歌曲奖两次，分别为1972年的 "Life Is What You Make It" 与1974年的 "The Way We Were" 。他收获了六项艾美奖提名，四次获奖，其中两次是为Barbra Streisand的演唱会担任音乐导演，分别为1995年与2001年。
2008年他被收录进长岛音乐名人殿堂（Long Island Music Hall of Fame）。2009年，他在比利时根特获得了 World Soundtrack Awards 授予的终身成就奖。
