2015年12月28日，英特爾完成收購Altera，其成為了英特爾旗下的Intel 可程式化解決方案事業群（Programmable Solutions Group, PSG）。2023年10月，英特尔宣布將拆分PSG，2025年拆分出去的PSG重新成為一家獨立公司，並重新啟用Altera品牌名稱。
