湯加語

湯加語（當地名稱：）是一種南島語系語言，主要用於湯加王國，基本語序為VSO。

字母
東加語使用拉丁字母，以下為東加語使用的字母：

*元音上加長音符(ā, ē, ī, ō, ū)表示長音。
*東加語中沒有複輔音。
*東加語所有音節都是開音節。
*ng視為一個字母。
