基庫尤（基庫尤語：Gĩkũyũ）是肯亞人口數目最多的一個民族，擁有約5,347,000人，佔全國總人口的約22%。
基庫尤人在肯亞中部高原地帶栽種作物，是經濟上最活躍的族群。語言是基庫尤語，此外也說斯瓦希里語和英語。現代基庫尤人主要信仰基督教，不過歷史上也曾有自己的一神信仰。
