切爾卡瑟

切爾卡瑟（，；又譯車-{}-卡夕）是烏克蘭中部切爾卡瑟州切爾卡瑟區内的城市，为同名州的州府，也是同名区及同名市镇的行政中心。切爾卡瑟是切爾卡瑟州文化、教育和工業的中心，也是烏克蘭中部的核心都市。在歷史上也曾屬於過波蘭。在1795年設市。市內主要的產業是輕工業和食品加工業。

氣候
切爾卡瑟屬於溫帶大陸性濕潤氣候。冬季月均溫低於攝氏0度，寒冷多雪。夏季暖乾，月均溫在攝氏18至21度之間。
