大都市統計區（，簡稱MSA），又稱都會統計區、都會統計地區，是在美國核心都市人口密度相對較高，和地區全體經濟有密切關係的地理區域。這些地區并沒有法律地位，由美國人口普查局和其他聯邦政府機構出於統計目的使用。核心都市區域人口超過5萬人的，可被定為大都市統計區。有些相鄰的大都市統計區被合稱為聯合統計區（Combined Statistical Area，CSA）。人口多於1萬但少於5萬的，則是小都會統計區（United States Micropolitan Statistical Areas，µSA）。
