鳳蝶亞科（學名：Papilioninae）是鳳蝶科裡的一個亞科，世界各地皆有分佈，大部份物種分佈在熱帶。鳳蝶亞科由4個族組成，大概有480種。

鳳蝶亞科是鳳蝶科中的一個亞科級演化支，在約5890萬年前演化而成，是絹蝶亞科的姐妹群，寶鳳蝶亞科則是她們倆之共同演化支的姐妹群。
內類群
鳳蝶亞科裡面共有 4 個族級演化支，首先青鳳蝶族是其餘 3 個演化支的姐妹群，喙鳳蝶族是餘下兩個演化支的姐妹群，鳳蝶族和裳鳳蝶族則是相互的姐妹群。
